The project was the second and final phase of the Manningham Pilot Conservation Area Partnership.
It focused on improving the environment and regeneration of the area by making structural repairs to buildings and restoring architectural features.
The first phase involved restoring buildings at the north edge of Bradford City Centre, in Hanover Square, Eldon Place and Southfield Square. This second phase continued safeguarding the Victorian heritage of Manningham by carrying out restoration works in Aspley Crescent, St. Pauls and North Park Conservation Areas.
