Shipwrecks of the River Humber tells the untold story of Grimsby’s fisherman who went out on trawlers during the First World War.

The project was to restore, expand, develop and re-design the Royal Naval Museum in Portsmouth.

The Kennet and Avon canal benefited from one of our biggest grants - £25million - to restore and protect the 200-year-old waterway.

Snailbeach Lead Mine is one of a series of mines that make up South Shropshire Orefield.

Funding was granted towards this integrated management and action programme for the South Pennine Moors Natural Area.

The project focused on restoring the landscape of Tollcross Park in Glasgow.

Our funding supported the creation of a new 10,000sqm wing to showcase contemporary science and technology themes.

The wider community was involved in this project to uncover the natural and archaeological heritage of Heaton Woods, an area of ancient semi-natural woodland.

The project was the second and final phase of the Manningham Pilot Conservation Area Partnership.

Historic buildings and streets in Bradford City Centre Conservation Area were the focus of this project.
