Our research since 2020, including the in-depth Digital Attitudes and Skills for Heritage survey, has found that working with digital volunteers has never been more important, but many lack the confidence or the skills.
To celebrate two years of our £3.5million Digital Skills for Heritage campaign, we spoke to Lucy Crompton-Reid, from Wikimedia UK, which has received funding for its Connected Heritage project on ways to engage and upskill volunteers.
