A project bringing the herbaceous border of Rotten Row, Southport, back to life.

The Water Gardens in Hemel Hempstead have been restored to their former glory as one of the country’s most important post-war landscapes.

In 2010 and 2012, the National Lottery Heritage Fund supported the Sustaining Traditional Building Skills in Northern Ireland project.

The funding will further the work at the Heritage Boatyard, training more people in the necessary heritage skills so they can help conserve the historic collection.

The project is identifying and recording the stories of Arctic convoy veterans.

Rotherfield Millennium Green Trust worked with Rotherfield Primary School to introduce local children to the heritage of their local landscape.

Visually impaired volunteers investigated the 150-year-old history of their society to learn more about blind heritage in the North East

During the 50th anniversary of the Sexual Offences Act in 1967 which partially decriminalised homosexuality, the local Doncaster LGBT+ community have shared their experiences over the years in a poignant film.

As part of the 2017 Year of History, Heritage and Archaeology, this project celebrated traditional outdoor life in the Scottish Highlands.

Longstone Local History Group carried out further archaeological work on an Iron Age Hill Fort near Bakewell, covering the full extent of Fin Cop.
