Since 1994 we have awarded over £1billion of National Lottery and other funding to 5,000 projects in Scotland.

Scotland's rich heritage varies from glorious landscapes, shorelines and islands to vibrant urban environments. It has a distinctive and diverse people, culture, and heritage with a history of inventors and innovators known across the world. £4.5m funding boost for V&A at Dundee from Heritage Lottery Fund

V&A Museum of Design Dundee has today been awarded an additional £4.5m by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) at a meeting of its UK Board. The funding is in addition to the grant of £9.4m (of which £8m was for capital) awarded in January 2014.

Landscape conservation making a real difference to rural regeneration

To date, HLF has funded Landscape Partnership projects in Scotland covering an area seven times the size of the Isle of Skye.
