We're proud to support our communities to protect and celebrate the region’s irreplaceable heritage, from the cityscapes of Manchester to the stunning views of the Yorkshire Dales, the cultural history of Newcastle, through to the Lake District's natural beauty.

Funding
Our National Lottery Heritage Grants funding programme is open – if you have an idea for a project in the North of England, we would love to hear from you. Grants are available from £10,000 up to £10m.
Application advice events
Our regular online funding workshops and advice sessions are a great opportunity to:
- find out about our funding
- get tips on how to make a good application
- network with other organisations from your area

There is step-free access throughout the building, with a few low gradient ramps. There is lift access to three floors and adapted toilets on all levels. The downstairs accessible toilets have height adjusting sinks, rails and a hoist.

The building is wheelchair accessible, with access via the car park. There is a lift from street level to the car park along with an assistance call button. There is a platform lift to the mezzanine floor and an accessible toilet.
