Project description: This is a proposed five-year project starting in February 2026 and finishing in January 2031 to capture stories of both local communities in the Swansea and Gower area and refugees and asylum seekers who have made Swansea their home.

Project description: This is a 16-month project aimed at revitalising Aberdulais Falls, in Neath Port Talbot, through community engagement, focusing on non-traditional volunteers, particularly those facing adversity such as poverty, crime and discrimination.

Project description: This is a proposed three-year project (February 2026 – April 2029) to recover five threatened bumblebee species along the Carmarthenshire coast and empower local people to get involved with the conservation process.

Project description: This is a 10-month project, with activity focused on the summer of 2026, that aims to share the history and heritage of the Eisteddfod and its links to Cardigan Castle, Ceredigion, by taking the opportunity to celebrate the 850th anniversary of the first Eisteddfod.

Decision: Award grant of £238,100 (95% of total costs)
