Project summary: the Natur am Byth! partnership will deliver a 4 year project to inspire and empower communities, businesses and landowners in Wales to improve the fortunes of threatened species and blue/green habitats by reconnecting people to nature.

Decision: award delivery grant of £4,160,388 (52% of total costs)

Parc yr Esgob Walled Garden Restoration and Multi-functional Space

Applicant: Tywi Gateway Trust

Project summary: restore Parc yr Esgob/Bishop's Park walled kitchen garden to conserve and protect surviving historical features, and create a multi-functional space that will enable a range of health and wellbeing, educational, training and community services to be delivered

Decision: award development grant of £203,858 (77% of total costs) with a potential delivery grant of £898,454

Applicant: Bangor Diocesan Board of Finance Bwrdd Cyllid Esgobaeth Bangor

Project summary: the project focuses on the repair, conservation and sustainability of five Grade 1 listed Churches across north west Wales within the Diocese of Bangor.

Tabernacle Morriston Community Resilience Hub

Applicant: Tabernacle Morriston Congregation

Project summary: the project is based on a Grade I listed Tabernacle Chapel located in Morriston, Swansea, and the applicant is seeking funding for the second phase of a broader sustainability development plan including developing a community-led facility.

Decision: award development grant of £260,424 (92% of total costs) with a potential delivery grant of £1,545,089

Applicant: Afonydd Cymru Cyfyngedig

Project summary: a 2 year pan-Wales project to establish a Community Engagement Officer in each of Wales' 6 regional river trusts to help establish "Adopt a Tributary" voluntary groups to monitor and manage rivers in their area.
