This exciting project at London’s Victoria & Albert Museum (V&A) saw the major refurbishment of its British Galleries.

Manchester Art Gallery was revamped and provided with more space, better facilities and increased access.

This major project revamped Sheffield's City Museum and Mappin Art Gallery with revitalised buildings and better access.

This project repaired and refurbished the Grade I listed hall, increasing public access and bringing performance space back into use.

A new building was created to house the museum’s internationally-important collection of botany and entomology specimens, dating from the 16th century.

Our funding supported the creation of a new 10,000sqm wing to showcase contemporary science and technology themes.

This project conserved and improved the auditorium, increasing access while preserving iconic design features.

The Grade I listed building was repaired and renovated, bringing it up to operational standards for audiences and artists.

Our funding enabled the preservation and promotion of the John Murray Archive, a record of a 200-year-old publishing dynasty, considered one of the most important collections of 19th century thought and achievement.

A new extension was added to the museum’s Grade I-listed Cockerell building, providing conservation and teaching facilities, and expanding education and outreach services.
