Over 12 months the local groups took part in workshops to explore the information held in Warwickshire Museum and County Record Office. Participants were encouraged to share their family secrets for keeping well and were given training on how to add their stories to the project blog.

The recipes and remedies gathered from the communities were exhibited alongside records and objects held by the County Council as part of a three-month exhibition in 2013. A short film was also created and exhibited, showing people across Warwickshire the collated recipes and remedies.
