This week, HLF is hosting 'Reviving places by reusing industrial heritage'. How much do you know about our industrial legacy?

The conference is exploring how industrial buildings such as former warehouses and factories are central to our local identities and have the potential to promote local economic prosperity.

The legacy of our industrial heritage is present across many areas of modern life. From the nicknames of our football teams and sporting venues to the street signs and place names we walk past every day, it surrounds us, although we might not even know about it.
