Looking back at the Natural Heritage takeover week
From species identification to landscape management HLF supports all kinds of projects relating to our natural heritage. We started 2015 by celebrating the these achievements.
#NaturalHeritage Twitter takeover
From 12-16 January we dedicated our tweeting efforts to tweeting about natural heritage projects, interesting facts from the West Midlands and advice to help you plan your own heritage project. You can see what we got up to by visiting our handle @HLFWestMids and hashtag #NaturalHeritage.
You can continue to join the conversation – share your HLF-funded projects, events and volunteering opportunities with @HLFWestMids using #NaturalHeritage.
HLF Twitter Q&A session
See the results of our live question and answer session with Drew Bennellick, Head of Landscape and Natural Heritage at HLF on our Storify page. This took place on 14 January using the hashtag #NaturalHeritageQA.
Photo appeal
We had a great response to our call out for photos of natural heritage in the West Midlands. We retweeted our favourites using #NaturalHeritage. We also created a gallery on Flickr of some of our photos from HLF-funded projects.
