He has worked with large and complex organisations at board level, gaining leadership experience in audit, due diligence, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and growth strategies.

Most recently, Warren was part of KPMG’s Executive team. In this role, he developed and delivered the firm’s strategy, becoming highly skilled in transformation and operational improvement.

As a published author and media contributor, Warren is recognised as an innovator, collaborator, and communicator.

He is an active supporter of inclusion and diversity – at KPMG he was the sponsor of the LGBTQ+ network.

In his spare time, Warren enjoys travel, coastal walks, theatre and, of course, discovering the UK’s amazing heritage. He lives on the South coast with his husband and two children.
