She works across London institutions including the National Portrait Gallery, Imperial War Museum and London Transport Museum. Kat is currently developing her practice as part of the learning programme at the National Justice Museum’s London site in the Royal Courts of Justice. By inviting young people into working courtrooms, she has developed her passion for access into unusual, hidden, or gate-kept spaces.
Kat has also worked closely with audiences with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), such as a facilitator with Action Space, and has an active creative practice. Using observational drawing and traditional crafting such as crochet and needlelace, she finds slow and thoughtful ways to engage with our modern world.
