Addeel currently works as a Senior Policy Professional in the Civil Service and a Member Pioneer Coordinator for Cooperative in the Yorkshire area. He has experience of developing policy, working with senior leadership teams including Ministers. His role with Cooperative has enabled him to develop links with various organisations and support projects including heritage. 

Born and raised in Bradford he enjoys long walks in the surrounding countryside. He has been visiting local heritage sites for many years and has a passion to promote and connect people with heritage, particularly hard-to-reach communities. He has volunteered for QED-UK where he promoted heritage to newly arrived migrants.
