The Bogside-the Crucible of the peace process phase two
Applicant: Gasyard Development Trust
Project description: second phase of funding towards the development of a museum in the Gasyard Centre. The museum will include exhibits that chronicle the conflict and peace process between 1972 and 2007, leading to the Good Friday Agreement. It will also chronicle subsequent power sharing between unionists and nationalists/republicans, with a focus on local figures Martin McGuinness, John Hume and Mitchel McLaughlin.
