Grantee: Ffestiniog Railway Company
Project: To improve, safeguard and share the heritage of the ‘Top Yard’ site of Boston Lodge Works. Transforming a nationally significant heritage site into a functioning engineering works whilst developing skills and knowledge in the heritage railway sector.
Decision: Award delivery grant of £3,144,100 (71%)

Talyllyn Railway ‒ The Next Chapter
Grantee: Talyllyn Holdings
Project: The project would transform the railway's heritage, engineering and commercial facilities. Renovations to the old engineering works, improvements to the carriage shed and remodelling Llechfan and Wharf buildings would provide enhanced working and visitor facilities. The recruitment of a Community Engagement Officer to lead the ambitious programme of community engagement would enable diversification at decision-making level.
The Trinity Centre ‒ Sanctuary for All
Grantee: Trinity Centre Cardiff
Project: Renovation, reordering and improved facilities of the Trinity Centre Community Hub, located in the former Trinity Methodist Grade II listed Church. Improved facilities would offer more accessible, functional and sustainable use of the space.
Decision: Award development grant of £63,945 (74%) and potential delivery grant of £561,249
Seeds of Hope ‒ Seagrass restoration in North Wales
Project: Restoration of an important marine species and vital habitat over 10 hectares of seagrass meadows on the North Wales coast. This project addresses previous data gaps in seagrass meadow conservation and significantly improves public awareness of the role seagrass can play in fighting climate change.
Decision: Award development grant of £60,000 (30%) and potential delivery grant of £1,000,000
