Project description: Build an outdoor classroom so the school can increase and enhance their provision for forest school sessions.

Improve Kirklees Valley Nature Reserve Access

Applicant: Tottington St John's Cricket Club

Project description: Repair a pedestrian-only access route to Tottington St John’s Cricket Club in Bury. The access route links the sports ground to the Kirklees Trail, part of the Kirklees Valley Local Nature Reserve. Additional improvements would provide disabled access.

Project description: Five walks will be developed as a pilot project to engage the local community in nature and highlight the community, industrial and religious heritage of the County Durham area.

Hand and Heart : Preserving South Asian Textile Heritage of Manchester

Project description: Explore the heritage of South Asian and British textiles, focusing on Manchester. CDM will work with people from diverse communities across Manchester in a project which will uncover the stories and textile practices of people who migrated to the area from South Asia after the Second World War.
