National Lottery Grants for Heritage opened in February 2019, to coincide with the launch of our Strategic Funding Framework 2019-2024.
In March 2020 we halted project funding and focused all our efforts on supporting heritage across the UK to survive and recover from the immediate impact of COVID-19
From 25 November 2020 we began a phased reopening of project funding, with revised criteria. Find out more.

Grants of £3,000 to £10,000

Some heritage projects seek to achieve economic growth by investing in heritage. We call these ‘heritage enterprise’ projects.
