What is the Landscape Partnerships community?

This space has been created specifically to connect people working on HLF Landscape Partnership projects (or thinking about working on one) to share knowledge, ask and answer questions, and connect with other people that you might not usually have access to, or easily be able to contact.

This community forum is overseen by myself, and Chris (previosuly Lucy), the Programme Manager for Landscape Partnerships at HLF. You might also see other HLF staff, some of our monitors and mentors, and sector experts dropping in from time to time to help answer questions and join in the conversations.

As our site is new, things in here may occasionally change a little but we will let you know if we intend to make any big changes. As this space is designed to be useful for you, we welcome useful feedback and ideas for improvements, so please do share your thoughts with us either here on the forum, by sending me a private message (logged in users only), or by emailing us. If you are having difficulty in using the community, or need any guidance then there's lots available here.

If this is your first visit to the HLF online community then don’t forget to introduce yourself to other members, and we do ask that everyone reads our community guidelines to ensure that you are clear on community etiquette and what is expected of you as a member.

We hope that you will support us in developing this community so that it becomes a useful and interesting space, and we look forward to hearing your thoughts and ideas.

Anna, your community manager.

Hi Anna, Have you thought of using the community to run 'lunchtime socials' informal online sessions potentially with a video or audio speaker and time for a bit of discussion. We are all so spread out it would be great to share some experiences.

Hi Elli,

That's a great idea, thank you!

We have been thinking about different ways in which we can use the community, and some set times for specific discussions/Q&A is definitely something we'd like to try out in the future so watch this space!
