Project description: A Dudley-based project that aims to pilot a training centre restoring heritage artefacts made out of wood. They will work with young and unemployed people to provide them with basic carpentry skills, while raising awareness of the heritage associated with the artefacts.

Project description: To provide increased public access to the historic building and heritage of Thomas Paine. The project will hold workshop activities involving schools and community groups, the creation of displays inside the hotel and public performances will be linked to wider events and initiatives.

Project description: Restore the spire of the Grade II listed St John's Church, which lies at the centre of Worksop, Nottinghamshire. A range of heritage-focused activities will run throughout the project.

Celebrating 67 Local Heroes: Heritage by stealth through the stories of local people, connecting, creativity and a place-based approach

Project description: Celebrate 67 Local Heroes from Coalville, bringing the community together through creative workshops and a final exhibition. Local crafts people will share skills in willow weaving, creative writing, street art, photography and pyrography. The community will also create a mural in the town centre, representing local values and a documentary film will be produced.
